RED-C Events are excited to announce the inaugural event in their regular music gig, Un-Covered! Un-Covered is all about supporting local live music and original artists, so get on board! This is a regular monthly gig, showcasing original talent with a different genre each month. Our first Un-Covered gig is Classic Rock on Friday 23 August 2019 from 3pm ’til late! This is an 18+ event.
Doors open from 3pm for an early drink & dinner, with bands starting at 6pm. Come on down early to enjoy the best views in Coffs Harbour and ease your way into an awesome weekend!

White Water
White Water formed in 2016, and have extensively toured the north coast of NSW bringing their Aussie rock sound to the local pub scene. The band plays their own songs, telling tales of life in a strong Aussie accent. The band wrote and recorded their first EP album War God in 2017, while touring the “Fish out of water” show. A new EP album called Stripped Bare was released in late 2018. With the release of Big Fat Money, the band seem to be carving out their own territory in the heavy high energy Oz rock genre. The EP features strong vocal harmonies, ripping guitar riffs, tasty bass lines, and dynamic drumming. The songs feature at times almost spooky female vocals that add a mysterious element to the soundscape this prodigious 3rd release.
Resurgence
Hard Rock meets Metal, but deep down there is some old school. The sound of Resurgence is created by each members individual influences, creating a unique code to the music.
The story of Resurgence began from a simple timely advert on social media to fast forwarding to attending Old Dog Studios. This album is packed full of aggression, catchy vocal melodies and oozing punchy riffs, with each song being crafted from the vast range of musical influences. The vocals and lyrics on Voices, capture the pure energy and emotion of the tracks, either being about the rise and fall of Punk or dealing with depression, anxiety and knowing what the story is inside your head, and being about to fight that little voice in your head that puts you down!
The Black Tooth Grin
Black Tooth Grin are a hard rocking, blues-based, stoner rock 3 piece from the Mid North Coast. Their musical mansion was built on the Rock foundations of AC/DC, The Living End & Corrosion of Conformity.
Singer-Guitarist Rod Deighton has played the Mid North Coast as a solo artist and a member of local bands Son of Jaguar and Bucket Hugger. With Garth Harriman on bass guitar and Matt Turnbull on drums, they bring a massive sound created for foot stomping, head-rockin, rock and roll. Strap yourself in and let the party begin with their debut performance!
